Inputs are practical, not decorative
Useful inputs can include Wi-Fi quality, outlet availability, noise, light, seating, and time-of-day patterns. The score is intended to answer whether the place fits the work, not whether the photo is attractive.
Only available signals can contribute. A cafe with sparse information should not be presented with false precision.
The same cafe can score differently by need
A quiet writing session and a video call need different conditions. Time also matters: lunch-hour noise and a calm morning are not the same environment.
The scorecard is therefore most useful when read with its explanation, not as an isolated number.
Independence and limitations
Sponsored placement does not change the independent score described by FinCaffe. Clearly identified commercial features may exist elsewhere, but they should not be hidden inside the score.
Conditions can change after the score is shown. Confirm anything essential with the cafe.
