Leave cleanly, with a clear path.
You can permanently delete your FinCaffe account from inside the app or request deletion from this page. Uninstalling the app or signing out is not the same as deleting the account.
No reinstall required
Use the in-app Data Privacy Center, or send a deletion request directly from the web.
Permanent means permanent
The account, profile and linked app records cannot be restored after confirmed deletion.
Billing is separate
Store-managed subscriptions and transaction records must be handled in the app store account.
Choose the route available to you
The in-app route is immediate and verifies the signed-in account. If you cannot access the app, email the request from the address linked to your FinCaffe account where possible.
Delete the signed-in account in the app
- Open Profile, then Settings. Choose Data Privacy Center under the Data heading.
- Choose Delete account. Review the permanent-deletion notice and the categories that will be removed.
- Confirm deliberately. Type DELETE in English or SİL in Turkish, then choose Yes, delete my account.
- Wait for a clear result. Keep the app open while the service confirms completion. You will be signed out when deletion succeeds.
This cannot be undone. A new account created later will not restore the deleted profile, messages, matches, notes or cafe history.
Request deletion without the app
Email omur@posthumane.com with the subject FinCaffe account deletion request. Send it from the email address linked to the account where possible and include that account email in the message.
FinCaffe may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the request concerns your account. Do not send your password, payment-card details, government identification or unrelated personal data unless a lawful and specific need is explained to you.
Once identity is reasonably confirmed, the request is processed through the same account-deletion pathway. We will respond through the contact channel used for the request.
What confirmed deletion removes
Confirmed account deletion removes or anonymises the account and data linked to it in the FinCaffe service, including:
Account and profile
Account identity, core profile, chosen photos, preferences, language and account state.
Cafe activity
Swipes, favorites, collections, visited markers, notes, journal entries and saved cafe preferences.
Buddy activity
Buddy profile, likes, passes, matches, plans, messages, ratings, blocks and account-linked safety actions.
Device and service context
Notification state, account-linked diagnostics, feature entitlement context and related service records.
Content already sent outside FinCaffe, such as a screenshot another user saved or information you shared through another channel, cannot be retrieved by deleting the FinCaffe account.
What may be retained for a limited reason
FinCaffe may retain a limited record only where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, a payment dispute, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Any retained data is restricted to that purpose, kept no longer than necessary, and is not used to recreate or operate the deleted profile.
Service-provider backup cycles may take a limited period to expire, subject to access restrictions and applicable deletion obligations. The account is not available for normal use after confirmed deletion.
Subscriptions, refunds and store records
Deleting a FinCaffe account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by your app store. Cancel recurring billing in the store account before or after deletion, according to the store's instructions. Refunds and store transaction records are controlled by the store and applicable law, not by the FinCaffe deletion process.
If you have an active paid entitlement, check the store account before deleting so you understand the remaining billing period and cancellation status.
If deletion cannot be confirmed
A temporary connection or service problem may prevent the app from confirming deletion. In that case, the app reports that the operation did not complete and keeps the account sign-in available so you can retry or contact support. Do not assume that uninstalling the app completed the request.
