Several kinds of coverage

A city can have many cafe records and still have limited work signals. It can have strong cafe detail and little Buddy activity, or the reverse. Those are different coverage questions.

FinCaffe should describe them separately instead of calling an entire city simply covered or not covered.

How to read missing information

If outlet, Wi-Fi, noise, or another detail is missing, the responsible interpretation is that FinCaffe does not currently know enough. It is not automatically proof that the cafe lacks that feature.

Old information should carry less confidence than recent, context-rich information.

No template city claims

FinCaffe should publish city-specific guides only when it has real, reviewable information for that place. A city name added to a generic page does not create useful coverage.

Coverage pages should disclose the date, sample, limitations, and what users can actually do.
